At Lola’s Place, we proudly serve the beloved recipes of Cuevas Tacos—now part of our in-house kitchen and crafted with the same care and creativity that first made them a local favorite.

Originally started as a humble food truck in 2019 by Oscar Cuevas and Claudia Salvatierra, Cuevas Tacos quickly earned a reputation for some of the tastiest and most authentic Mexican street food in the Four Corners region. Today, we carry on that tradition right here at Lola’s.

From our authentic street tacos to burritos, tortas, and crave-worthy breakfast creations, every dish is inspired by traditional flavors and made with intentionally sourced, whole food ingredients. Our salsas, pico de gallo, and guacamole are all made fresh, in-house. Come taste the difference.
